Character
A Libra sees both sides of every question so clearly that choosing one feels like a betrayal of the other. This makes them wonderful judges and terrible waiters - the menu is a moral crisis. They would like everyone to be happy, and they would like to be the reason.
Charm is not an act. It is how they breathe. The Libra who makes you feel like the only person in the room meant it, and will mean it about the next person too.
Strengths
Fairness that actually considers the other person. Taste that makes rooms better by entering them. A Libra can negotiate anything, soften anyone and find the sentence that lets both sides save face.
They are the glue in every group and rarely get credit for the holding.
Weak spots
Deciding. Just that. A Libra will ask for a second opinion on a second opinion. The need for harmony turns into avoidance, and the avoidance turns into the exact conflict they were trying to prevent, now larger.

Love
Libra is built for partnership and slightly lost without it. They love the idea of love nearly as much as the person, and the person had better be presentable. They give attention, elegance and consideration, and they expect a partner who notices the effort.
Conflict is handled by not having it. This works until it does not, and then the Libra is surprised by the size of the thing under the rug.
Work and money
Law, design, diplomacy, anything where the outcome has to be both correct and pleasant. A Libra makes the client feel heard and the room look expensive. They should not be the one who fires people. They will apologize to the person being fired.
Money is spent on beauty and balance, which means the beautiful things cost exactly what is in the account.
